This returns policy only applies to items purchased from merrrch.com, any items purchased from any of our shop vendors must be returned to the original source of purchase, this is due to contractual obligations we are not able to take back any items purchased from other retailers.
Items can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Items will only be considered for refund/exchange if new, unused, unworn and unwashed. Items that have been personalised with custom text cannot be returned as they are not resalable. Postage for items sent back is paid by the customer unless there is a fault with the item or the wrong item has been sent to you. Once we have received the item back and after inspection any valid products will be refunded within 10 working days. In order to receive a different size, you will have to place a new order.
Free gift promotions
Orders that include a “Free Gift Promotion” can be returned however if the total order amount after items are refunded does not meet the requirements of the promotion, the free gift would need to be returned to us, otherwise we reserve the right to charge customers the full price of the gift.
Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items if they are found to be faulty. If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. We’ll need a photo of the item before a refund can be processed.
If you do need to return an item, please ensure that you enclose a completed returns form with your order. If you do not have a printer available please include your packing slip or a note in the returned parcel with your full name and order number so that we can process your refund quickly and efficiently.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit – We recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Merrrch cannot be responsible for any return custom charges made.
Please note return postage charges are non refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms.
